How can I check room availability?

Is access to the spa and pool included in the booking price?

  • Yes, the hotel booking includes unlimited access to the panoramic pool and spa. Entry is not included on the day of departure.
  • Apartment bookings include only access to the pool in the morning slot from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

What time is check-in?

  • Hotel room check-in is available from 2:30 p.m.
  • Apartment check-in is available from 4:00 p.m

Can I rent a bathrobe and towels directly at the hotel?

Yes, bathrobes and towels for use in our spa and pool can be rented for an extra fee directly at the hotel, or you can ask us in advance to have them ready in your room upon arrival.

Do all rooms have air conditioning?

No, air conditioning is only available in the attic rooms on the top floor. All other rooms do not have air conditioning.

What are the spa and pool hours?

  • Summer hours - Pool: 9:00-22:00 | Spa: 15:30-19:30
  • Winter hours - Pool: 9:00-19:00 | Spa: 16:00-19:00

Do I need to book access to the spa and pool?

No, hotel guests do not need a reservation to access our wellness area or the pool.

Is a swim cap required in the pool?

Yes, wearing a swim cap is mandatory in the pool. You can bring your own or purchase one at reception.

What is the temperature of the pool water?

The water temperature varies depending on the season. During colder months it is set at 32–33 °C, while during the hot summer months it is set at 30 °C.

What does the wellness centre include?

The wellness centre includes a Finnish sauna, Roman biosauna, Turkish bath, outdoor Finnish sauna (winter only), tepidarium with herbal tea corner, and relaxation rooms.

Is it possible to book two massages at the same time?

Yes, depending on the availability of our holistic practitioners, it is possible to schedule two massages at the same time. However, it is not possible to have couple massages in the same room.
Breakfast & Restaurant

Can I bring my dog into the restaurant?

Yes, dogs are allowed in the restaurant. They must be kept on a leash near the chairs or under the table, ensuring that the animal remains calm, even in the presence of other dogs in the room.

Are there gluten-free/lactose-free/vegan options?

Yes, our kitchen can meet all dietary requirements related to intolerances. Please inform reception at the time of booking so we can prepare suitable alternatives for your arrival.

Are drinks included with half board?

No, water and other beverages are not included with the half board service.
Residence & Apartments

What amenities are included in the apartments?

The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with bed linens and towels. A washing machine is available only in some units.

Is there a lift in the Residence?

No, the Residence is not equipped with a lift.

Is there a private garden?

Yes, there is a private garden with armchairs, tables, and loungers for the exclusive use of our guests.

Is there parking available?

Yes, our Residence offers a spacious and convenient car park available to all our guests.
