The property features a heated panoramic pool, housed in an elegant wood-and-glass structure, with water temperature maintained comfortably all year round: 30°C in summer and 32°C in winter.
During the summer season, guests can also enjoy the large, peaceful outdoor garden, perfect for relaxing in the shade of the grand walnut tree.
Surrounded by greenery and overlooking the Friulian Alps, the garden is an oasis of peace away from traffic and noise, equipped with loungers for sunbathing and small tables ideal for sipping a drink or reading a book in complete relaxation.

Our Roman biosauna, made with cocciopesto, was built following the ancient construction and waterproofing techniques used by the Romans in their baths.
This sauna is designed to recall and honor the tradition of the Roman baths built just a few kilometers from Arta Terme, in the ancient city of Julium Carnicum, modern-day Zuglio.
In our peaceful garden, you’ll also find the barrel-shaped Finnish sauna, a small and cozy space ideal for winter days, perfect for relaxing in total silence.
After the sauna, our experts recommend a barefoot walk on the fresh grass to cool down while breathing in the clean, invigorating air.

To complete your wellness experience, the relaxation rooms feature a herbal tea and fresh fruit corner, a small space for a regenerating pause with hot beverages, infused water, and healthy snacks.

In the sauna, entry is permitted without a swimsuit, using a cotton towel to sit on the benches.
In the Turkish bath, entry is allowed without a swimsuit or towel.
